Refund policy

At Shush & Wear, we take pride in crafting bold, chic, and high-quality accessories that make a statement. Each beanie hat with veil is carefully inspected before it reaches you. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, worn or damaged items cannot be accepted for return.

Photo Verification Required

Before a return is processed, customers must submit clear photos showing:

  1. The product in its current condition

  2. The original packaging

These photos help us verify the item’s condition and speed up the return process.

Return Approval & Shipping

  • Once your return is approved, you’ll receive return instructions via email.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds & Store Credit

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

  • Approved returns will be issued a refund to your original payment method or store credit, depending on your preference.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to process after approval.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to swap for a different color or style, please return the original item (following the steps above) and place a new order.
